Copyright Information

Hyrule's Unexplained is copyright 2009-2010 Robbie Kincaid.  We distribute content based on The Legend of Zelda series, which is copyright 1988-2010 Nintendo.  All aspects of The Legend of Zelda series belong to Nintendo, including scenarios, music, dialogue, and programs.  All original aspects of Hyrule's Unexplained belong to us.

Special User Interaction Copyright

Our special user interaction (submission of articles, content, or related) copyright is as follows:  users who submit content go into a contract of sorts.  The content they submit belongs to both us and them.  Meaning we have a copyright (so no other sites can steal it) and they have a copyright (they can submit it to other sites if they so desire).

User Age Information

We are a family friendly site.  That means we take measures to try to ensure that every aspect of our site, from content to (hopefully) forums, are curse, porn, and ware free.  We encourage all users to please abide by this, as this site is intended be acceptable by all ages.  We ask that users whom use our forums be at least 13 years of age, as it's hard to ensure that bad things like cursing don't happen there, as we can't always monitor them 24 hours a day, but we encourage users of all ages to sign up for them as we do our best to keep an eye on things.  However!  We can not guarantee that every aspect of the forums will be curse free and etc.  So please, kids, ask for permission before joining!

Privacy Policy

Absolutely no aspect of your privacy is sold, given, or anything else to any third party.  Meaning your passwords, E-mail addresses, names, and the like are absolutely safe.  In the event of a hacking or any other obtrusion, we will do our very best to protect you and your vital information!  The only thing we'll do with your info is see what pages are visited the most, and take your ideas into consideration.  Nothing else shall be done without your say so!
