Affiliation With Hyrule's Unexplained
Affiliation...it's a great thing. Get your site known, get tips from other webmasters, and (most importantly) make new friends! However, there are a few rules to follow as outlined below.
Rules of Affiliation
1. Your site must be about Zelda, gaming, or anime.
2. Your site must be easy on the eyes, with a decent way of arranging content and a nice layout (it's alright if it's not a work of art, lol).
3. You must be nice to your visitors and other webmasters that you're affiliated with. No one likes a mean Webmaster.
4. Should you be accepted, a link to HU must be on all your pages in a visible area-we'll do the same for you.
5. Your site should be updated regularly, however, we understand what it's like to have a life, but please don't forget you have a site lol.
6. You should have fresh and fun ideas! We like websites that do special things for the Zelda community, or offer great content!
7. We don't expect you to be a teacher or anything, but we do prefer the content on your site to be grammatically correct. No one is perfect, however, and we all make mistakes, so that's not a big deal.
What We Offer
1. We DON'T require a visitor count. Who cares how many unique hits you get? Some of the best sites (in my opinion) are low traffic, relatively unknown sites! Requiring a hit count is utterly crazy!
2. We'll put a link to your site on every page of our site, as long as you do the same for us!
3. Got a big update? Do something great with your site? We'll post it here as well!
Sending In An Application
Send all your applications via E-Mail (subject as Affiliation, please) to either the Webmaster or Co-Webmaster. We'll talk it over and get back to you as soon as possible. Just please make sure your site meets the criteria. Thanks!
